There are several reasons why a course may or may not be visible, and why logging in may or may not be possible. 

New students 

New students at Utrecht University will get immediate access to Brightspace as soon as they receive their Solis-ID. Log in with your Solis-ID into https://uu.brightspace.com/. Courses for which you have registered via Osiris will also become visible in Brightspace one month before the start of the academic year. In some cases, you can access the course in a different way. 

Registering for courses in Osiris 

To access courses in Brightspace, you must first register for the courses in Osiris. In some cases, the Education Office of the faculty in question arranges the registration for the students via Osiris. In that case, you cannot register yourself via Osiris. Please contact the Education Office to check if this applies to you. 

Grey-coloured course 

If the course is visible, but coloured gray and not clickable, it means that the course is not open yet. However, this does indicate that your enrollment was successful and that you will be granted access as soon as the course becomes available. 

The course has ended 

Courses from the previous year automatically close on September 30th. You will not be able to access this course. An instructor can also choose to end the course earlier. Contact your instructor if you need information from their course.
